STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use KDE Connect on Wayland 
2. Use "Remote Input" functionality
3. When prompted to confirm the access uncheck "Allow restoring on future sessions"

OBSERVED RESULT
When kdeconnectd is restarted it can do remote input without having to confirm

EXPECTED RESULT
The confirm dialog appears again
