video recorded on Wayland

SUMMARY
When dragging things on X11, "allowed" or "not allowed" icon appears near the mouse pointer depending on the hovered area. However, on Wayland only "not allowed" (without the mouse pointer) or an hand shaped icon appear.
Please compare the attached screen recordings.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Allowed" or "Not allowed" icon appears near the mouse pointer when dragging things on Wayland, like on X11.

The UX is a bit different, but I believe this is intended. The Wayland video shows Dolphin using a hand cursor, which IMO is even the more appropriate cursor to be using anyway.
