Created attachment 165207 [details] Hovering over a single task SUMMARY Title. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Configure Icons-only Task Manager to show small window previews when hovering over tasks 2. Launch an application, a task shows up in the panel now 3. Hover over this task and see that there is no window preview 4. (If you launched multiple instances of the same application) hover over the task and see a messed up preview OBSERVED RESULT When I am hovering over a task, the window preview shows only the window title, its description, and optionally the media controls. When I am hovering over a group of tasks, the window preview is completely broken including layout. Furthermore, each time I hover a task, plasmashell logs this message in the system journal: `error creating screencast "Could not find window id 0"`. EXPECTED RESULT Being able to see the window preview. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0 RC1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Kernel Version: 6.7.0-arch3-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The behaviour seems to be reliably triggerable when I put the computer to sleep and wake it up. I should note that I am running on a beta release of Qt.

Created attachment 165209 [details] Glitch when transitioning from one task to another A related bug is when you move from a grouped task to a non-grouped task while a hover preview is shown. The transition is glitched. I slowed down the video by 3x to make it more obvious (@ 0:03).
