STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. $ dir 
2. Arabic names are not full connected

OBSERVED RESULT
Spaces between Arabic Characters.

EXPECTED RESULT
Full connect like kubuntu 22.04 LTS

So it worked in 22.04 but not 23.08?  Can you provide screenshots and text that we can test?

I can not reproduce that with 24.08.x.

If somebody can reproduce it with that or a more up to
date version, please re-open.
