STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open folder view widget
2. Scrolling with touchpad
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling with touchpad is too fast

EXPECTED RESULT
lower scrolling speed

This has been fixed in Plasma 6 where we now use the same scrollview code as everything else, unifying the scrolling speeds.
