SUMMARY
Enabling and disabling DPI enforcing for fonts causing all app menu to break the size 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable DPI Enforcing in Settings -> Fonts e.g. (163) and logoff / logon
2. disable DPI Enforcing and logoff / logon
3. size of all taskbar menus is now broken

OBSERVED RESULT

size of all taskbar menus is now broken

EXPECTED RESULT

size should be normal

I'm afraid the font DPI setting isn't designed to be used the way you're using it--in fact, it's a bit of an anachronism today. This is a common source of confusion, and for that reason we've removed the setting on Wayland in Plasma 6. If you'd like to make everything on screen bigger or smaller, please use the Scale setting in System Settings > Display & Monitor.
