'KDE neon Unstable Edition' with default User Edition repos

SUMMARY
After updating to KDE Frameworks 5.114.0 and Qt 5.15.12 on neon User Edition, the system identifies itself as 'KDE neon Unstable Edition' instead of 'KDE neon 5.27'.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update System via Discover/PackageKit
2. Restart
3. Open 'About this System' in Info Center/System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
User Edition identified as Unstable Edition
