SUMMARY

I love having Places side panel visible all the time on dolphin. When I enable it in Show Panel > Places, the setting reset to hidden after some time

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Places side panel on dolphin
2. Use dolphin as usual and enjoy the side panel

OBSERVED RESULT
After some time, Places/Folders panel magically disappear and I need to press F9 or F7 to re-enable it. It never take long to see the bug generally just switching between apps, doing normal activities, minimizing dolphin is enough to trigger the bug.

EXPECTED RESULT
It's a regression from previous version of dolphin (23.08.4) where you need explicitly hide it to get rid of it
