It seems to be related to KMail, the crash only happens while KMail is running.

Akonadi > stores most of its data in ~/.local/share/akonadi/ Do you have "Index hidden files and folders" checked? It may be prudent to exclude ~/.local/share/local-mail/ and ~/.local/share/akonadi/ - at least to see if that makes a difference.

(on the assumption that you are indexing hidden files)
