just like the video,scroll animation  jerky when scrolling to the bottom using touchpad.
only in kf6.
tested in termux x11,using its virtual touchpad. if it does happen with a physical touchpad,just ignore it

The video indicates that you're using a touch swipe, and not a touchpad. When I try the same with my touchscreen, I can reproduce the issue.

it's true. i made a mistake here
