SUMMARY: "Save clip part to bin" is creating an extra frame in the bin. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Use the razor tool to cut a portion of the video as a zone. 2. Run command "save clip part to bin." OBSERVED RESULT: The zone (clip) in the project bin has an extra frame. EXPECTED RESULT: The zone (clip) in the project bin should have the same length as the original portion length. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This issue seems to be causing another problem. If "save clip part to bin" is used for the whole video, the created zone will not be able to be dragged to the editor.
