Currently, neon looks like it does not search for the related language packs for the installed software. This leads to untranslated bits in the system. For instance, one has to install these packs to get somehow improved l10n experience:

- language-pack-LANG
- manpages-LANG
- hunspell
- hunspell-LANG
- ...

It will also help getting l10n packages for installed software like Firefox.
