OBSERVED RESULT Floating panel surrounded by grey highlight, task manager and system tray icons unresponsive to any actions. Panel also unable to be edited in editor mode. EXPECTED RESULT Panel with responsive task manager and system tray icons. Configurable in editor mode. No graphical glitches or strange highlight on/around panel.
