You need to keep scrolling in order to switch pages

SUMMARY
It's not possible to scroll through pages on the Digital Clock's calendar with a single mouse scroll like it was possible in Plasma 5. Check the attached video for more info.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Digital Clock to open the calendar
2. Using a mouse, scroll a single step to change pages

OBSERVED RESULT
It only scrolls a little and goes back to the current page

EXPECTED RESULT
It should switch to a new page with a single scroll step

I have removed the "Wayland" bit from the title as it is reproducible on X11, too.

Cannot reproduce on X11. Can anyone add a screen recording?
