SUMMARY
I see a red transparent square under the cursor. It is not there when I switch the monitor in the settings to HDR mode. When I try to take a screenshot, I don't see the red transparent square under the cursor.  I think this is due to the color profile (ICC) in the monitor settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Set ICC profile in display configuration
