Description Ilya Bizyaev 2024-01-15 21:16:50 UTC
SUMMARY
Even if I choose “On login: Enable Bluetooth” on System Settings's Bluetooth page, Bluetooth is off after login. Enabling it manually works as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings > Bluetooth > “On login: Enable Bluetooth”
2. Reboot, log in
3. Bluetooth is off

(!) If this works for you, choose “Disable Bluetooth” instead and repeat the process. There's a chance that you have the opposite problem, and Bluetooth will be on regardless.

Can reproduce. "Remember" doesn't seem to be working, either.

Might be a Qt bug? i know there were a few known Qt6 issues around Bluetooth.

Great. Let's keep an eye on it, then; feel free to re-open if it recurs.

Seems, it's back. Reproduced as Ilya writes.

I don't know why, but after some reboots it write in .config/bluedevilglobalrc string about my adapter like:
[Adapters]
MACAddressOfAdapter_powered=false

When I delete config and enable bluetooth on boot again, it works, but can return and I need again delete config.
