Example of dolphin before and after

SUMMARY
After running wine with a fullscreen 640x480 resolution and dolphin open in the back ground when the wine program ends and the resolution goes back to 1920x1080 the dimensions of places and the terminal in dolphin are not the same
as before running wine.
Attached a pic, as you can see the left picture is dolphin with original sizes of opened terminal window at the bottom and the width of the places side panel. Both have changed after running a program in wine at 640x480 and returning to 1920x1080

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin with the terminal built in open
2. Run wine program full screen 640x480
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Dimensions are changed after running wine

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin dimensions should be the same

Handling this is an incredibly difficult task and is therefore out of scope.

The future wayland desktop will not require resizing other applications to run games at a different resolutions, so this problem goes away if that is used.
