apps that return after logout and login 1

SUMMARY
I want to remove some already uninstalled apps (flatpaks) and some duplicate apps from Shortcuts KCM - they are highlighted in the attached screenshots. I'm able to remove them, but all of them return after logout and login.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. remove apps from Shortcuts KCM
2. logout and login
3. open Shortcuts KCM

OBSERVED RESULT
all removed apps are present in the KCM again

EXPECTED RESULT
removed apps should not return
