STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into arch
2. Click the icon on tak manager / use ctrl+alt+t/ try with TTY

OBSERVED RESULT
With gui - you get a symbol of loading, nothing happens.
With TTY:
 konsole: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libkonsoleprivate.so.24.01.85: undefined symbol: _ZN16KBookmarkManager9setUpdateEb

EXPECTED RESULT
To have the console open

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm relatively sure that this is what causes my dolphin to break as well, seeing as i have Konsole enabled in there

This is a packaging problem
