SUMMARY:
The floating (both horizontal and vertical) panels don't fit the screen edges when windows touch them, there is empty space (on the left of horizontal panels, bottom of vertical panels), panels don't extend enough to fit the left/bottom screen edge.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a panel (or observe the default panel)
2. touch it with a window or maximize a window to touch the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
there's a space(bottom or left) not filled with the panel. (you can see the background on that space)

EXPECTED RESULT
the panel supposed to extend to fit the screen edges when touched with a window
