System Settings - Display Configuration_init

SUMMARY
I use laptop with external monitor (27"). I don't use built in monitor, because usually I have lid closed. Unfortunately Display Configuration shows parameters for this not used monitor, but in the picture I can see my external monitor (not enabled - maybe this is the issue). After I click onto picture I get configuration of external monitor.
Please look at the attached screen shots.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to your laptop external monitor
2. Configure to use external monitor with closed lid
3. restart/relogin
4. open Display Configuration in System Settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Parameters for built in monitor, what is not used

EXPECTED RESULT
Parameters external monitor, what is used

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.91.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.248
Qt Version: 6.6.1

I can confirm this is happening. I have my external monitor Enabled, and my built in monitor Disabled. The external monitor is what is pictured in the top area for arranging monitors, presumably that monitor should populate the Device dropdown initially. You can also switch to the correct monitor by clicking on the drop down list for "Device".
