Plasma 5 UI

SUMMARY
The icons and quite possibly the UI of plasma 6 is noticeably blurrier. On plasma 5 it was sharp. It might be related to fractional scaling.

Please see the attached screenshots for comparision.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set fractional scaling to 125%

OBSERVED RESULT
Blurry UI or Icons

EXPECTED RESULT
Sharp UI and Icons

I did not know I had to add qt6 keyword, and could not modify this bug so opened a new one at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=479564. Also added more information in the new bug.
