SUMMARY
Demonstrative video: https://youtu.be/dEkZSMJNlZY
When I have a file and trash it on a partition that doesn't contain the home folder, the system moves the file to the home folder. This is especially noticeable when deleting big files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a file on an external drive
2. Trash it
3. Check the locations where the file should have been moved to

OBSERVED RESULT
The file is moved to ~/.local/share/Trash

EXPECTED RESULT
The file should have been moved to the .Trash-1000 folder that's on the same partition

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 2.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.12
