STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the Updates icon from the panel/taskbar.
2. Discover - updates window opens.
3. Click More Information...   for the available updates

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing is listed even though there are several updates.

EXPECTED RESULT
List all the updates available.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.27

KDE Plasma Version:  5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11

Additional update: Discover does not give any additional information about any of the software packages. 
STEPS
1. Open Discover. 
2. Click All Applications or Installed 
3. Click on any application

RESULT
Nothing happens - none of the additional information about the application appears.

I had to move back to Windows.

I'm on KDE Neon's latest release 20240228, and this issue is not present now.
Sorry, I couldn't provide a screenshot before switching.
