I was trying to run "Rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation" to lock my pc on my Android Phone, but I quickly realized that it is not working.
I used Microsoft Store KDE-Connect and this command works perfect.

However, when I tried "lock.bat", which contains "Rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation", it works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect two devices, one on Android and another one on Windows
2. Add Rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation to Windows device's command list
3. Run it on Android Phone

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happened

EXPECTED RESULT
Windows should be locked
