SUMMARY
=========

With 2 monitors and 2 panels (one on each screen)
using the "Activate Task Manager Entry X" shortcut will open a new instance of the application.

In my case, I have Konsole as the first item on both panels,
and every time I press Win+1 and Konsole window is opened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Dual screen setup
2. Panel on each screen, with same application on both pined
3. Press Win+1 twice

OBSERVED RESULT
2 Windows of Konsole are created.

EXPECTED RESULT
1 windows to be created, and the 2nd press should toggle minimize of the window
