SUMMARY
The window size for the dance effect can be moved within a reasonable range. However, for sizes other than 1024 or 2048 (maybe others), the effect will not appear on the final result, and reloading the project will cause a notification "unable to initialize fft" when opening the master effects tab.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the dance effect on the master.
2. Set the window size to e.g. 640
3. Save and reload the project.

OBSERVED RESULT
The effect no longer shows on the preview or the render. A notification "unable to initialize fft" is shown on the effects tab.

EXPECTED RESULT
The effect works as usual, such as when choosing the default window size of 2048.
