SUMMARY
On my computer (running Debian 12 stable KDE plasma, but also verified with a version running on Debian 11 stable with cinnamon), when I am already connected to the other device (in my case, a Pixel 7 pro running Android 14), and I try to run "find my device" from my laptop, the sound works when the phone is unlocked (battery optimizations have been turned off, all permissions have been granted to KDE connect, and display over other apps is allowed), but when the phone is locked (and the screen is off), the find my phone feature is not playing sounds.

The phone does not have to be unlocked to play a sound, but the screen MUST be on. KDE Connect is able to contact the device as I am able to browse the phone filesystem and open files with the phone locked and screen turned off. On top of this I am still able to control multimedia (though this works, the sound slider has a seizure and causes the audio level for my sound settings on my phone to also have a seizure, and also not an option if I have the multimedia volume too low).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect and verify connected devices (1 phone, and 1 other device that can use the "find device" plugin)
2. go to the designated phone, lock and turn off the screen
3. try and "find device"

OBSERVED RESULT
no volume, just the notification

EXPECTED RESULT
loud volume just like when the device has its screen on
