STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open nwg-look
2. Switch from your current icon theme to Breeze-Dark
3. Dark on dark icons are shown

EXPECTED RESULT
Using contrasting icons for dark themes

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20231226 x86_64

Can you paste the output of running `grep "Theme=" ~/.config/kdeglobals` in a terminal window?

Theme=Papirus-Dark

This is what I'm using in the meantime, here's the output when using breeze dark

So to be clear, the issue happens when using the Breeze Dark icon theme, but NOT when using the Papirus icon theme?

Yes it's exclusive to Breeze Dark

No it seems to be exclusive to gtk
