SUMMARY
Currently, when clicking on "Load Layout", the layout that is focused last time is highlighted.
It should highlight the current layout instead.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Meta-T for the layout editor.
2. Click on "Load Layout".
3. The first layout is always highlighted, regardless of the current layout.
4. Use the keyboard arrows to move the highlight, then press ESC to close the popup.
5. Click on "Load Layout" again.
6. The highlight stays as in step 4.
