SUMMARY Moving Windows on a monitor in vertical orientation results in window flickering, missing sections. Only happens when the window is being moved, when the mouse button is released the window is rendered correctly. Moving onto a horizontal monitor the window is fine. Re-orienting the monitor to horizontal, the issue disappears STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Apparently it is an issue in the wobbly window desktop effect. Disabling wobbly windows and the issue stops. Still only happens on a vertical orientation monitor
What GPU are you using?

I can still reproduce in kwin-wayland's Neon build git20240109.1028 ( 58a2a3cf8141f02f53cac241724227f5e53c2367 ). There are no further updates currently in Neon builds due to a cmake configuration issue in kcm_auroraedecoration.
