STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install i2pd sudo
2. Run I2pd sudo
3. Enter sudo password

OBSERVED RESULT
sudo: i2p: command not found

This is unrelated to Plasma, or even to KDE as a whole. Use a forum for your distribution.
