On a virtual system, I installed KDE Neon 5.27.10. I just completed the installation and restarted to the Wayland session. As seen in the video, the mouse pointer is behaving strangely. It also occurs during an X11 session.

I just installed Fedora 39 KDE spin and am experiencing the same issue. It's being installed on VMware Workstation. I'm not sure, maybe it's WMWare. However, there is now one irritating issue with the KDE desktop.

KWin isn't involved in cursor things on X11, so this will be a driver or virtual machine bug. Please report this to VMWare
