The default settings in KDE Neon's live environment prompt the device to enter sleep after 5 minutes of inactivity, even during Partition manager's operations (shrinking, resizing, moving, etc.). This leads to a crash of the Partition Manager after waking up, resulting in a corrupted partition that requires reformatting unless it finished within the 5 minutes. I think that having sleep mode activated, even when the device is plugged into a power, shouldn't be a default setting in the live environment.
Apps can inhibit sleep; perhaps Partition Manager should do so here.
