Some questions: 1. Does the issue reproduce in the Wayland session? 2. What kind of GPU are you using? 3. What physical ports are the monitors plugged into? 4. Is either of them a laptop screen, or are both of them desktop screens? 5. If they are desktop screens, are they both of the same make and model, or different?

Thanks. I'd recommend trying again with Plasma 6, which is being released in two days and includes a huge number of improvements for multi-monitor workflows as well as NVIDIA Wayland compatibility. Hopefully the combination of those will fix the issue. Let us know if it doesn't, though.

According to www.debugpoint.com/upgrade-kde-plasma-6/ , Plasma 6 is unfortunately not available for Kubuntu 23-10 or the current 24.04 LTS at this time.
