SUMMARY



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add an image
2. move it a line or 2 down 
3. the html preview jumps to the top 

OBSERVED RESULT
the html preview jumps to the top 

EXPECTED RESULT
the html preview stays in the same location 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 (on windows the version is a bit different but the same bug)
Linux:  arch linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113
Qt Version: 5.15.11
