The Weather widget that comes with KDE is very rudimentary - it doesn't even have a refresh button. The problem here is, when you boot into KDE if your internet isn't available immediately, it will fail to fetch the data and will display an "?" mark instead. There's no workaround to refresh it or do anything except to go into settings again and change the weather station to force fetch the data. Or to wait for a minimum 30 minutes for a widget to initiate refresh. And that's yet another downer here - the minimum is 30minutes. If I could set a refresh rate every couple of minutes, I maybe wouldn't need a refresh button. But as it is, this makes this widget next to useless.
Such a button would be a workaround for Bug 409393. We should just fix that. :) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 409393 ***

I know 30min isn't too long either, but sometimes the weather changes quite fast.
