Description Andreas 2023-12-20 20:25:46 UTC
Application: amarok (2.9.71)

Qt Version: 5.15.11
Frameworks Version: 5.112.0
Operating System: Linux 6.6.3-1-default x86_64
Windowing System: X11
Distribution: "openSUSE Tumbleweed"
DrKonqi: 5.27.9 [KCrashBackend]

-- Information about the crash:
When entering more than two words in the search field to find a title within the library, amarok crashes reproducably. I don't know if it is related to the relatively large size of my library (I guess some 400GB, approx. 70000 songs). I run amarok under opsensuse tumbleweed.

Amarok version 2.9.71
KDE Frameworks 5.112.0

The crash can be reproduced every time.

-- Backtrace:
Application: Amarok (amarok), signal: Segmentation fault

Can you still reproduce this in 2.9.82?
I can't right away recognize this as something that has been fixed, but since there have been quite a bit of different improvements all around, it could well be.

Actually, reading backtraces, seems to be a duplicate of an earlier report. Closing this one.
