STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up Plasma Workspace with a Global Menu Widget on a Plasma Panel
2. Start Falkon
3. Click Hamburger Menu -> View -> Toolbars -> Menubar tickbox


OBSERVED RESULT
No menu appears on the Global Menu Widget, Menubar Tickbox state does not change

EXPECTED RESULT
Menubar tickbox state should change and the menu should populate in the Global Menu widget
