SUMMARY

Pressing ctrl + scroll down zooms in until you release the key and scroll and re-try; then it does function normally. This happens in dolphin whenever you open a new window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Doplhin
2.  Zoom in using ctrl  + scroll down
3.  Release and try again
 Note: Even without releasing the first time, if you try to scroll up, it will not respond.

Linux/KDE Plasma:  Manjaro Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kernel: 6.1.68-1-MANJARO (64 bits) Although problem happens with older kernel versions as well.
