SUMMARY
I've imported a bunch of palettes and noticed the absence of tools to manage them. Here are some needed functionalities:

- Select multiple palettes (this will be the most essential that everything else will depend on)
- Assigning tags to selected palettes
- Ability to delete multiple palettes
- Better palette thumbnails by hiding the empty slots for the ones with too few colors, and wrap the colors into rows for longer palettes, 8 is the magical number
- Ability to set the Columns of swatches for all palettes to override the ones that are not set individually
- Hiding empty slots after the last color
- Appending the new colors to the end when no empty slot is clicked
- Automatically expand the palette when new color is added
- Palette tag filters in the docker and submenus
- When I choose a filter in the palette docker, it effects the palette list inside a palettize layer, unlink the two

Just being able to select multiple palettes and delete them would save me hundreds of clicks.

Found a bug:
Removed my imported palettes and now when I import them again, I get a pop up saying: this resource already exists...
But it won't appear in the list anymore.
