SUMMARY
These two processes will spam the following messages to the journal. Sometimes as many as ~672 lines worth in a single instance.
plasma-discover's will appear at the start of some sessions without any interaction with Discover. Opening Discover and interacting with it will generate more.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let Discover run
2. Open Discover
3. Check the journal

OBSERVED RESULT
Journal has lots of GFileInfo messages

EXPECTED RESULT
No GFileInfo messages
