SUMMARY
If your simultaneously press right and left mouse button at a window icon in task manager, you won't be able to minimize it using left mouse click before clicking another icon in task manager.
There's a video attachment with demonstration of this bug.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Task manager or Icons-only task manager
2. Open an application
3. Press right and left mouse button at an icon corresponding to an application

OBSERVED RESULT
Window doesn't minimize after a left click

EXPECTED RESULT
Window would minimize after a left click

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.6.7
(available in About System)

However I can't reproduce this. It works fine for me. I am using the latest unstable KDE neon and it works well.
