STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have some archives already extracted
2. extract multiple archives including those already extraced
3. File already exists prompt - chose Apply to all, skip

OBSERVED RESULT
prompted again for every single archive that's already extracted

EXPECTED RESULT
all archives are extracted skipping existing files
