Thanks for the video. However I cannot reproduce the issue with today's git master when replicating the setup in the video.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon Unstable KDE Plasma Version: 5.90.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.246.0 Qt Version: 6.6.0 STEPS THAT I DID 1. I set up a panel with global menu widget 2. I used the system for a while and opened various apps and tried to reproduce it 3. I did everything in the attached video but I couldn't reproduce it SUMMARY Please add additional info or what you did before it happened

I just tried a bunch of different apps, changing monitor configuration, scaling, etc. and it just keeps on working like it should! It was consistently breaking on me for a few days before I reported (it worked fine before that). I suppose if you want to close it, I can always reopen or re-report if it breaks again.
Yeah, it's fine. It is important to report bugs.
