Description John Dykes 2023-12-14 03:19:00 UTC
SUMMARY
When I use the quick tiling feature to snap two windows together and then resize them (so that they stay attached while resizing), the windows being resized and the panel flickers. It only seems to occur when one of the windows is touching the dock when the windows are first tiled.

I would include a screen capture but I can't get spectacle to work on plasma 6.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two windows
2. Tile them to each side of the screen so that they touch the dock
3. Resize the windows

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen flickers

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen doesn't flicker

Could you attach a screen recording that shows the flicker? or, if it's not visible in a screen recording, a phone shakycam video? Thanks!
Comment 2 John Dykes 2023-12-15 03:34:55 UTC
Hmm I'm not able to reproduce it now. I'll try to add a screen capture if it happens again.
