RTL problem for processes table.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. فتح العمليات في مراقب النظام
2. تغيير عرض العمود بالضغط على فواصل جدول العمليات
3. إهتزاز وعدم إستقرار التمرير لتغيير عرض العمود
