The website https://kde.org/distributions/ currently shows Kubuntu, OpenSUSE, KDE Neon, Fedora and Manjaro. While these cover the biggest "families" (Ubuntu-based, Arch-based, OpenSUSE, Fedora) the problem is that Fedora, Manjaro and OpenSUSE don't even default to KDE, Kubuntu is just a "flavour" of the main distro, and KDE Neon is (was?) more meant to be a showcase of the newest KDE software rather than something that people really use as their daily driver. I think we should consider adding a few distributions to the list that have Plasma as their default desktop. Particularly I was thinking of Mageia and then either OpenMandriva or PCLinuxOS, as these are relatively well-known names and have been around for a long time and are all clearly KDE-focused.
Manjaro does default to Plasma, FWIW. And Fedora *workstation* doesn't, but the page recommends Fedora *KDE*, which does. I'm not against adding more high-quality KDE-focused distros to the page, though. However we don't want the page to get too long and overwhelming, as then it defeats the point of its existence. A longer list of all distros that you can use Plasma on can be found at https://community.kde.org/Distributions.

On Manjaro's website it gives me download links to multiple images, including the Plasma one, but it doesn't really have a default desktop. > I'm not against adding more high-quality KDE-focused distros to the page, > though. I would personally add a maximum of 2 more, such as Mageia and OpenMandriva? There's of course more KDE distros, but they're either too niche (like Rosa or KaOS) or too hardcore (like Slackware).
