Screen recording how to reproduce

SUMMARY
When opening a lot of windows with different sizes, smaller ones get flipped upside down and become unclickable

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Basically have a lot of dolphin windows with different sizes and then trigger the effect
See the attached video how I reproduced it in a VM

OBSERVED RESULT
Smaller windows get flipped upside down and become unclickable

EXPECTED RESULT
Behave normally

On my host system it happened with some Firefox windows + the Bitwarden extension popped out
