SUMMARY
The icon for the weather report plasmoid doesn't follow the current theme's dark/light mode. When the plasma theme is set to dark mode the weather plasmoid shows the icons normally used for light mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the Plasma theme to Breeze Dark
2. Add the weather plasmoid to your system tray
3. Set a location

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe that the icon in the tray is for the Light theme, not the Dark theme
